Miguel Torroja, our CEO, founded Endado, Spain's leading auto parts eCommerce platform for DIY enthusiasts, which was acquired in 2024 by the country's largest parts wholesaler.

That's when we identified a clear pattern: thousands of technical inquiries were reaching support and customer service departments daily. They were repetitive, urgent, or poorly routed. We saw a clear opportunity to apply artificial intelligence and automate customer service with precision and speed.

In 2024, we decided to move to Mexico and launch Bonaparte.
